I was chilling out in the AC of my dorm after a workout and the staff member cleaning the room was so sick he was coughing every five seconds. I am now sick with exact same symptoms two days later. This is absolutely unacceptable. Staff pretended to lock and unlock the door (room 19) for new guests, but it actually didn’t lock at all. Lockers were a good size, but not for suitcases. Also very difficult to operate and seldom locked. Dirty bathrooms.

The day staff were fantastic however the security team were awful! So rude and were not helpful at all, especially the team working on the night of Monday the 16th of June one of them is a disgrace to such an amazing place and he really lets down the experience as a whole it’s such a shame as I loved every other part of it, I checked out in the middle of the night because I was so upset with how I was treated by him

Great property, the facilities and location are amazing! But we stayed in two private rooms here. The one without the en-suite cost us less but was a much nicer room with a really comfy bed. Was a bit disappointed to pay more for a worse night sleep.
