Find leisure in our homey Balinese house architectural building while drinking Arak, a local Balinese spirit. A chance to know other travelers in our fun BBQ nights!

Deposit Only rates
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Cancellation less than 24 hours due to any condition will be charged 100% of the quoted price and non-refundable (see 'Things to Note' information).

Check-in:
Available from 14.00 to 22.00

Check-out:
Available before 11.00 AM

Payment on Arrival:
Cash (Include tax) & credit/debit card (additional 3% for surcharge)
+ deposit IDR 100.000/person in cash (will be returned on check-out).
Receptionist open 08.00 - 22.00

Guests are required to show identification at check-in (passport/driving license/ID card). Please inform us before 11.00 AM if you want to extend the room.

Cleaning time is from 11.00 - 14.00
you can enjoy our common areas outside and Ubud fresh air while we tidy up your rooms.

RESTRICTIONS:
- Children are not permitted.
- Cots and extra beds are not available.
- Outside guests are not allowed to enter the room.
- No outside pets allowed, no feeding strays in our property (except for Bobo & Bidu, our family members)
- Parties are restricted.
- No smoking (any cigarette/vape/pods) inside the room. Smoking areas provided in our public space.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the quoted price unless communicate clearly the reason (flight delayed, cancellation due to some specific conditions). We will try to accommodate your early arrival/late departure as much as possible.
