Simple Stay is located in the center of Nice, just 450 meters from the main train station, 350 meters from the tram, and only 20 meters from the electric bus stop. Our central location means you’re close to everything you need, including local shops, supermarkets like Lidl (right across the street), and the city’s main attractions like Jean Médecin, Masséna, Old Nice, and the seaside.

Important! Sheets and towels are not provided (1 set for one person is €5, 1 set for a double is €6. Large towel rental is €4, small towel rental is €3 (no beach towel)).

We offer private studios for 2, 3, or 5 guests, ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups. All studios come with a private kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a coded card for 24/7 building access. It’s a great option if you’re looking for independence during your stay.

Cleaning is done in the mid-morning. If you prefer not to be disturbed, just leave a note on your door and we’ll return the next day. Please note that we don’t provide sheets or towels by default, but disposable bed linen sets and towel rentals are available at a small cost.

If you’re arriving late on your first night and didn’t book a non-refundable rate, contact us ahead of time. We’ll send you a payment link, and after payment, we’ll provide all check-in details, including entrance codes, your studio number, Wi-Fi info, and more.

The building has 24/7 video surveillance in common areas. We kindly ask guests to keep their kitchen area clean. Luggage storage and early check-in are possible for a fee, just let us know in advance.

If you're coming by car, public paid parking is nearby. You can also find free parking a bit further away, though you'll need to walk a little.

Cancellations must be made by email at least 48 hours before your arrival. Late cancellations or same-day bookings that are canceled will be charged for the first night. If you’d like a late check-out or to drop off luggage early, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
