De locatie is niet echt top. Je zit heel ver van centrum en strand. De buurt waar je door heen loopt van af het busstation voelt ook niet super fijn. Verder was de accommodatie niet heel schoon. De kamer rook muf en er mag wel eens gedweild worden. Het is wel heel fijn dat je een lekker ontbijtje krijgt voor de prijs. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar lang niet altijd te vinden bij de receptie.

Alexa the manager is very friendly and is always around to help you with anything you need during your stay. The shared dorms are nice with plenty of privacy and AC. I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time :)

Maui is the place when you don't want to get blasted by loud reggaeton, and that is seldom in noisy Tulum. It features a small pool, a nice rooftop, AC and fans, fridges, a functional kitchen, bike rental, colorful lighting, hot showers, stable beds with curtains, lockers, free yoga, free drinking water and a free breakfast. The location is pretty close to wherever you want to go, with a supermarket just 50 steps away.
