Incidentals:
A general deposit is needed at the time of check-in as guarantee to cover any damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. If not utilized this deposit is released back to you. USD 100 per stay.
General Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge for the entire stay (including all taxes and fees) being made to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
Guarantee Policy - A credit card will be required to confirm your reservation.
GROUPS POLICY
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise
