We’re the only travelers’ accommodation within Fort Mason, a popular stretch of National Park land right on the San Francisco Bay. Wake up to the sound of fog horns on the water, drink your morning coffee with a view of Alcatraz, or stop for a bite to eat at our on-site café with windows overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. A licensed concessionaire of the National Park Service, HI San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf Hostel is housed in a historic building surrounded by park land. Easily walk from the hostel to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Crissy Field, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Fort Mason Pavilion and other convention buildings, the Marina District, and multiple bus lines serving neighborhoods and landmarks throughout the city.
