IMPORTANT:
You must have a valid government issued photo ID from outside San Diego County.
Plus, you must provide a credit or debit card in your name to stay with us. When you arrive, no money will be charged but it will be authorized for the amount of at least one night's stay for security and liability.
Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 16:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 08:00 to 11:00 .
We do require the first night plus tax as a deposit - The property will refund you in case you cancel the booking within the Free Cancelation period. Upon booking, you will be charged for the first night plus tax to confirm your reservation.
Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 10.5% per person per stay
Breakfast included: Make your own pancakes and coffee
Any minor guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 21 years of age or older.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
