THE PLACE Hostel provides a comfortable and social atmosphere designed to make you feel at home. Our swimming pool area serves as a green oasis in the city, while our stylish bar is perfect for enjoying coffee or beer with new friends from around the world. We are conveniently located in the city center, close to numerous shops, restaurants, art galleries, and famous attractions. The central market is just an 8-minute walk away, the riverside is a quick 10 minutes away, and Pub Street is only 5 minutes on foot.

We believe that traveling to different destinations, experiencing diverse cultures, and embracing local traditions is the best way to truly enjoy globetrotting. Our hostel looks forward to accommodating you soon and welcoming you to the hostel of smiles.

We offer air-conditioned dormitories with mixed or female-only options, featuring 'DELUXE' pods for 4, 6, or 8 beds, as well as budget-friendly 'STANDARD' pods with FANS ONLY in 8-bed mixed dorms. Common areas are equipped with large ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. Additionally, our restaurant and bar by the pool serve coffee, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and meals. We offer a vegetarian and vegan menu, along with a variety of breakfast options (not included) available from 7 AM throughout the day, and meals served until 11 PM.

Enjoy our free Wi-Fi throughout the building, as well as various activities and tours to explore the city, temples, and countryside. Our common room features a TV, and we provide laundry services and 24-hour reception and security.

Join us for tours to discover the countryside and the famous temples around Siem Reap. Participate in group tours with other guests or take part in quick tours, such as the Sunrise and Sunset experiences. You can also enjoy guided tours through the ancient Khmer capital, a visit to the Floating Villages, or a beautiful trip to Kulen Mountain, complete with its waterfall and stunning natural scenery.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 day before your arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Check-In: Our standard check-in time is 2 pm. In case of early arrival, you may request early check-in based on availability.

Check-Out: Please ensure that you check-out before 11 am.

Pick-Up Services: We offer free pick-up services from the bus station upon request, in advance, and only during the day. However, if you need a pick-up from the airport, an extra cost will be charged.

Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can purchase it at an additional cost on-site from 7 am onwards.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas except for designated areas.

Payment: You can pay for your stay using cash, card, or Revolut transfer on arrival.

Taxes: All taxes are included in the room rate.
