La Casa Mompiche ,the rooms are in a beach bungalow made with local materials, located a few steps from the beach.. Your hosts, Mirian and Santiago have implemented environmentally friendly systems such as gray water reuse, composting, among others. There is a strong bond between LA CASA MOMPICHE, the community and the protection of its natural environment.
No luxuries, but with the necessary amenities. Each room has a private bathroom and a fan, some have their own kitchen and refrigerator as well as a small balcony. The beds have very comfortable mattresses and each one with its respective mosquito net.
The warmth in services stands out when being attended by its owners. The place has parking, WiFi, social area with barbecue grill, bathrooms and outdoor showers to rinse off after a day at the beach or surfing. For those guests who plan to surf, there are discounts on board rental. Additionally there is laundry service.
On weekends a small restaurant opens to serve pizzas. The same place provides breakfast service for guests who request it in advance or that are included .

Cancellation Policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
