An old three story printing company’s office/storage building has been rennovated into a design hostel in Dec 2017.
The concept of Hostel NINIROOM is “A friend’s room in Kyoto.” It embodies our warm wishes to provide an opportunity for everybody to have 'another home' in Kyoto to come back to anytime, or to feel like visiting a good friend's place.
There are shared toilets and shower booths on the 2nd/3rd floor. Slippers, toiletries(shampoo,conditioner,body soap) and hairdryers are provided for free.
You will find a shared lounge (cafe/bar) on the 1st floor.
The hostel is situated in a local area in Kyoto with easy access to major sightseeing spots and the city center. Bike rental is available at this hostel - a great way to explore the city. The hostel is a 4-minute walk from the nearest train station, 3.9km away from Kyoto station, and 50 km away from Itami Airport.
***In Kyoto City, a new accommodation tax will be implemented starting October 1,2018.
Accommodation charge under JPY20,000 (per per.son per night), the tax amount is JPY200 (per person per night).
