Loved the atmosphere. Felt very safe. Location extremely central and easy to catch metro buses. Staff helpful and friendly. Would go back. Bathrooms were clean and functional but shower head sprayed. Only thing could pick out for feedback.

The place is just fine, but there was a weird incident where two members of staff (1 guy and 1 gal) suddenly appeared in my female dorm and started arguing with a woman there about calling the police on her because she was not supposed to be in the room. Shockingly, they didn’t talk to me about it and I had to ask to change room myself as it was too dodgy for me to sleep in the dorm with a person they clearly considered suspicious.
